National Plastic manufactures a range of High Density Polyethylene pipe strictly in accordance with the various international codes and standards based on DIN 8074 and ISO 161. For this range the designation of PE50 has been adopted, meaning the material has a design stress of 5.0 N/mm2.
The recommended working pressure of the pipe is derived using ISO 161 formula to give the maximum continuous working pressure at 20º C. The pipe is available in the following pressure ratings:

High Density Polyethylene is non-toxic, offers high impact resistance and is non corrosive. It can be joined by the use of compression quick joints or by butt welding.
